Embracing the gaming spirit: our experience at Game Days 2024

It was a great opportunity to meet local partners and friends and to share the enthusiasm of game makers presenting their work. As a company focused on mobile gaming, we're proud to be part of the local scene — even though this event primarily highlighted PC games. We strongly believe that by collaborating and sharing knowledge across platforms, we can strengthen our domestic industry and make our local IT valley more competitive globally.

The organisers brought together a strong line-up of speakers, and the workshops and lectures were genuinely inspiring. A standout for us was a seminar by Aleksandar Gavrilović, "Creative Europe: Development of Videogames," on a generous funding opportunity for studios — a goldmine of tips as we plan to apply to support our next project.

We also enjoyed a presentation by the Slovak Arts Council on a programme supporting digital game creation and educational events — a perfect fit for our plans. A big shout-out to our friends from Game Dev, Grindstone and the Slovak Game Developers Association for organising such an impactful event.
